Terms of Use

Advertiser agrees rates are based on Single Category and they are for one year term.
Paymants are made in advance and are not refundable even if the advertiser request to remove his listing or cancel the contract. A generic art work on file will be used for multiple advertising unless client provides their logo and/or digital picture. Client must communicate new listing and change(s) in writing, via email, fax or on the website. If applicable digital photo of advertiser’s premise may be submitted by the advertiser or he may ask allcarrelated.com to take such picture for a fee.

Advertiser agrees to assume sole responsibility for statements or digital photos contained in his/her copy and protect Allcarsrelated.com and its employees against all liability, loss or expenses arising out of claims for libel, unfair trade practices, unfair competition, infringement of trademarks, names of the patents copy writes and proprietary rights and all violations of the right of privacy resulting from the publication by Allcarsrelated.com and its employees of the advertisers copy.  

Final proof of the listing in the website is the advertiser responsibility. Any changed and correction must be submitted in writing within 7 days of listing publication on the website.

Claim of error(s) in listing, invoices or and any other issues regarding the advertising must be made with-in 15 days, otherwise such claims will not be considered.

Allcarsrelated.com and its employees must be held harmless in the event of any disturbances from web hosting company and cannot be effected because of strikes, acts of God or for any reason beyond their control. The advertiser agrees that Allcarsrelated.com' liability to its advertisers shall not exceed the amount received by advertiser under this agreement.

If advertiser should fail payment when due, Allcarsrelated.com has the right to receive a service charge of 1.5% per month on any unpaid balance . In the event of a default, advertiser agrees to pay all collection and/or attorney fees.

Allcarsrelated.com reserves the right to cancel any advertised company for such reasons of nonpayment or misuse of name of it's website.

A fee of $25 will be added to returned checks.     

The Individual(s) and/or company representative(s) executing this agreement for the advertiser represents, that they have the authority to sign for the advertiser and that they are personally liable as well as the company for the performance under this Agreement.

Advertiser that have the coupon options may change the special offer on their coupon once a month (12 times a year) for free. All changes must be submitted 30 days prior to publishing date. There is a $25 charge applies to changes made more than once a month.
